A -year-old healthcare worker is looking for some roommates at a large two-story house nestled into a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of local parks and shops, plus only minutes from Vancouver and downtown Portland. Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom are available for rent upstairs, with two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom can come furnished with a bedframe/mattress, nightstand, dresser, trash bin, laundry hamper, some hangers in the closet, a personal safe, and a Roku TV. These items can be removed upon request prior to move-in. Each room comes with its own key, but the current tenant will keep a copy for emergencies only. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and an additional commons area in the garage. There is a front porch with shared seating, along with a shared gazebo and seating in the backyard. There is an exterior deck in the backyard with stairs connecting to the attached bedroom that is only for the private use of the current tenant. There is public street parking in the front, and private parking in the back alley behind the house. All utilities are included in the rent. A refundable security deposit is required, equal to one month's rent. Rent may be negotiated. No pets allowed; there is already a 3-year-old housebroken, neutered Olde English Bulldog. He may have free range of the house at times, or he will be confined to a room as is appropriate. The house has recently been updated to include all-new painting, all-new appliances, new flooring in the kitchen, and some updated electrical work. House will be professionally cleaned at least monthly, in addition to regular daily/weekly tenant maintenance. Landscapers come every two weeks. This home is ideal for local college students, healthcare workers, or even travel nurses needing a furnished stay for a month or longer. You're only responsible for cleaning up after yourself and your own food. Also, just don't be a douche.
