Minutes away from the Historical Village of Winter Park… The downtown area has retained a small-town feel featuring Park Avenue and Central Park. The heart of the Village features treelined cobblestone road, upscale shopping, art galleries, museums, cafes, award winning restaurants and fine dining. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Saturday Morning Farmers Market, the festivals, free concerts such as the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. Phelps Park is right around the corner.. which features a playgrond, basketball court, free tennis and pickleball courts too! The Winter Park Golf Course offers a challenging 9-hole course with firm with a historic old-school feel. $ a round for Florida residents for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during peak periods!There is also a Craftsman-Style Train Station just steps away from Central Park. The station serves as a hub for SunRail, a regional commuter rail line, and Amtrak, which offers intercity travel for long distant travel. I took the train to downtown Tampa to watch a Lightning game. The home was built over years ago. Has maintained its’ original charm. Roommates will enjoy the entire home… This home is fully furnished with basic necessities. There are two bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom, in-home gym, family room, and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a garage, which is where the washer and dryer are housed. Good place to store things like golf clubs too… The home is roughly square feet. The family room was an add-on to the home years ago… and features floor-to-ceiling windows, which provides for an abundance of natural light. For those of you who work from home, there is also a desk, chair and printer available for your use. The circular driveway is quite large, so there is plenty of parking for both roommates and their guests.
