Hi everyone! I am a current grad student looking for someone to take over my partners lease. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he is no longer able to move up to Ann Arbor, so we need to transfer his lease. The lease is for a .5 bathroom apartment at University Trails. The lease would be specifically for one of the bedrooms with its own private bathroom, but the second bedroom is also unoccupied and looking for someone too! The apartment is fully furnished, in unit laundry, free parking space, and a shuttle service that takes students to and from North and Central Campus, as well as the grocery store on weekends! 2 BEDROOM; May th; a month. My roommate and I live in a two-bedroom in Kerrytown and are looking for a summer subletter! This spacious apartment unit in Kerrytown includes two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, a large living room, and a driveway parking space. The kitchen consists of a new oven, a microwave, a sink, a pantry, and a fridge. The apartment has two entry points, one shared with the building and one private entrance from the back right, where the parking spots are. Each room includes one bed. A couch, TV, bean bag chair, and coffee table are also provided. Each room has one closet, and there is an additional closet in the living room. This unit is in a house converted into four separate units. The other three units do not have access to this unit. You will have full control of the thermostat. AC is not included, but a portable window AC unit will be provided. Utilities are not technically included, but are charged at a flat rate of $ per person). There is no laundry in the building, but a mini washer and dryer will be provided. This unit is in a great location, surrounded by a couple of Co-Ops and is a 5-minute walk to the Diag, and popular stores such as Target and Starbucks on State Street. The unit is also a 5-minute walk to the Kerrytown Farmers Market, Zingerman's Deli and Next Door Cafe, No Thai, and many other restaurants in the Kerrytown neighborhood.
