I have a one bedroom apartment at Ashton Brook Apartments. My previous roommate took the bedroom and I took the living room as my own. Shared kitchen and bathroom. This price of $ with all utilities included and internet is for my current one bedroom apartment. I would also be interested in getting a two bedroom if the price is right. The apartment is quiet, clean, organized. I do have a year old short hair cat who hates anyone except myself. HahaMy former roomie of almost 2 years was a female. So, not opposed to another female occupant. Mindi would be willing to give me a good reference to anyone on the fence about my intentions.I work full-time during the day and currently looking for evening work as well. I watch tv, read, listen to music when at home. pretty quiet and I rarely have people over. I’m looking for someone for at least a month lease who is quiet, dependable, and free of drama.
