Hello, I’m looking for someone who’s willing to take over my lease for Helix . I decided to drop out of KU to pursue a different path, and will not be able to live in Lawrence. The base price is $ bed and 1 bath in a bath apartment. You’ll be sharing the unit with 2 other individuals, and the lease goes from August to July . The house located at the end of cul-de-sac in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close the stores and easy fwy access. Washer/dryer on-, full size kitchen, furnished living room and dining room. Utilities included are: gas, electricity, internet, water, trash, storage, parking. Sorry no pets.
