Entire place in Southern, Denmark

We’re looking to sublet a room in our lovely apartment in central Kolding while we're away on internship from August 1st to December . (The rental period is flexible if you're interested in a shorter or slightly different timeframe)The apartment is located at Zahnsgade, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest grocery store and only minutes on foot from Design School Kolding, SDU, and Campus Kolding. With a total of square meters, the apartment is spacious and includes a large living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, a bathroom, and two individual bedrooms. You’ll also have access to a shared garden and a shared basement with washing machines and tumble dryers. You Will share the apartment with a roomie in the same period. The room and apartment will be rented out fully or partly furnished, as we will be returning after our internships.The monthly rent, including water, heat is DKK. Electricity varies and is paid monthly.There is a small deposit on DKK. If you’re a Danish citizen, you can apply for housing support (Boligstøtte).
