master bedroom with private bath

Hello I am renting out a room in a 3 bedroom house near SR. Very ideal if you work in celebration or Disney less than minutes away from both locations ... the other people living here would be myself and my -year-old daughter four days a week, lease is month-to-month up to one year max does require a background check and credit check ... about me I work as a mobile DJ and also work days during the week at my part-time job ... so I'm very busy on the go looking for a Roommmate with a similar schedule ... the bedroom isn't the biggest, but it is furnished with a bed dresser small TV and desk I know in the picture it's empty, but it will be furnished by the time you move in you will also have the bathroom to yourself for the most part ... the shared living spaces would include the kitchen, which is huge so if you love cooking, it's perfect. There is a huge dining area with table and chairs to also hang out. big laundry room to do laundry ... There is an outside patio and a fenced in backyard. I am open to a dog, but it would require a nonrefundable deposit and it is limited to the size of the dog the semi shared areas would also include the living room ... I am very selective about who I bring around my daughter so If I don't respond I don't feel it's a good fit. Thank you. must also pitch in for utilities.
