The 2 bedrooms share a main bathroom, there is also a half bath downstairs. rooms already rented to a female professional. Shared common spaces include kitchen, living room, laundry room, loft, and backyard. We are a male/female couple and are both working professionals. Starting in August husband will no longer be living in home as he is going back to school out of state.
