I currently have two bedroom available for rent inside my townhouse located within the west chester borough on the 2nd floor. Rent includes, electric, water, sewer, trash internet etc. Looking to maintain a professional environment. The house is less than a mile away from West Chester University and one block away from Gay street. Perfect place for someone working in the borough.

Rent includes ALL household utilities including cable and internet are all included in your rent so prior to move in date.

Must have first month, last month and security deposit prior to moving in date, kindly provide 3 references and we'll get started.

Please only contact me if you are ready to move within days or can leave a non refundable deposit to hold the room. I do not accept zelle payments.
