I am Rocio. I am a single working mother seeking a roommate for my apartment on the second floor of a charming older four-apartment building located convenient to mass transit and in a nice neighborhood in the Avenues.

I am from Madrid, Spain, so I don't speak much English. I am extremely clean and fastidious, and I expect my roommate to be the same. Please, no smoking inside the apartment. Having an infrequent sleepover is acceptable. I prefer a woman roommate, but I will consider anyone. This is not a good fit if you want parties here.

Included is 7 Gigabit Wi-Fi internet, a shared kitchen, bathroom, living area, and common areas. There is a paid laundry within the building and a laundromat a block away.

This room is available immediately.

I am asking for a three-month commitment and then month-by-month afterward. I am asking for a $ security deposit.
