Looking for room!

Hello! I have a room for rent in my townhome in Kearny Mesa beginning on January 1st (with potentially earlier move in date if needed end of Dec ). The home includes a large living room that is fully furnished with sectional sofa and large TV, Central A/C and heat, a fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances, a large patio, one shared bathroom upstairs & small half-bathroom downstairs, onsite pool, gym & laundry facilities, and one shared parking space along with street parking. I do have 2 kitties and 1 guinea pig, but they are all very sweet and friendly! Rent would be $/month plus utilities - typically about $ per month. To move in - Security deposit would be $, the leasing office would also require an application fee of $, credit & background check, & show that you make atleast $/month in income.
