Female professional, room needed!

Hi,

I’m a certified massage professional, female, mid s, looking for a private room for rent. I’m lgbt friendly, no pets, like animals, ok with if it’s outdoor/pvt, I’m friendly but pretty private, like to keep to myself.

When I’m social I do love good food, culture, travel, art, outdoor things, but not a partier. I do like to cook, and I cook most my meals, but I can be as extravagant or as minimal as needed.

Hoping to find a space that doesn’t mind someone that enjoys alone time and pays rent on time. I keep things clean, pick up after myself, and I’d just love a peaceful space to come home to decompress after work.

It’s been a tough few years-I’ve been helping out family situations-and am now in between areas, and thus in between work. I have private clientele that are now farther out, but I am willing to pay a couple of months rent up front in good faith, maybe three if necessary while I look for something closer. My job is usually pretty straightforward, so finding one within the scope shouldn’t be too difficult.

Looking for something around $. Prefer a mid to larger room. Would like to move beginning of Dec.

I’d love if I can find a kind household that’s already established, where I can ease myself in and reciprocate the same courtesy.
