About the place: br townhouse in Patterson Park, a block away from the park itself and a minute walk from the JHU medical campus. The townhouse has several amenities including: a huge kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, free parking and attached parking pad, a walk-in closet, and a finished basement. You would have the biggest bedroom that has beautiful high ceilings, tons of lighting, white walls, a TV mount, and an attached full bathroom (with a tub!). There is central heat and AC window units that are very effective in the Maryland heat! The house has 3 floors, top floor being bedrooms and the walk-in closet, main floor being the shared living room and kitchen alongside a guest bathroom, and a finished basement with an attached laundry room.

The house is right next to the park and several bus lines. Street parking is ample and free!

The 1 other roommate is a year old woman working in education and in graduate school who is very social, responsible, clean, timely, and often out of the house.

This would be a February move in at the earliest and the lease runs until August with ability to renew. The property manager and landlord very chill and responsive.
