ROOMS FOR RENT

Hello everybody! I’m looking for a female roommate to move into my room beginning of May. Move in date can be earlier however you’d have be willing to sign the lease for May . Rent would be + utilities. Deposit for the house would be 2x the rent. Shared bathroom, living room/kitchen. Street parking(very easy to find spots In front of the house). Bed would be removed and exchanged for a smaller bed to accommodate living space. We have a cat so must be okay with pets . We live down the street from SDSU with a trolly station ten walk from the house.

Hey guys! My name is Belen (F) I’m looking for preferably a female roommate to share my room with starting in May. Move in date can be flexible as long as you’re able to sign for the lease next year! Rent starts at and then goes up to in May. We do have a cat who’s very timid and friendly with people. The bathroom is shared as well as kitchen/living room! House has easy street parking in front, porch/balcony, washer/dryer. There are tennis courts and a pool/jacuzzi as well. Utilities typically . House is a 7 minute walk from trolly station and is one stop away from SDSU. Room pictures is for size reference but will have a smaller bed for myself. My work schedule is mixed so I’ll be in and out. House is really easygoing with guests we just ask to tidy up if you do😁
