I have a split level home in Covington ga, looking for one roommate for the downstairs area monthly. I prefer somebody with little to no guest. I do have a dog. Shes friendly and quiet. The only common area in the house is the kitchen, and the garage but the entire downstairs is yours. Looking to rent out to the rooms 6 months at a time under contract.
