Furnished Phoenix Townhome

Looking to rent out my fully furnished guest bedroom starting in February! I am only home about half the time as I travel a lot for work, so you’d get the place to yourself a great deal of the time! Which means I am looking to find someone who shares my love of clean space, good energy and peace and quiet! I am a young executive who’s also in school so I’m not home a lot of the time but when I am home, I prefer a more peaceful and quiet vibe. I rarely have guests and don’t party.The two car garage is attached to the unit. Room is fully furnished.
