Searching for long-term safe place.

Description

I am a year old waitress aspiring bartender looking to live alone & for any opportunities to save money to fund my education by myself. I have two ESA certified cats (who I will ALWAYS take % responsibility & accountability for), I play video games at night & otherwise stick to myself- I have a strong love for alone time. Cleanliness and privacy are my number one priorities. I typically work days a week in the day time & spend my time off with my partner/friends at home doing relaxed activities like having dinner, watching movies, playing games, etc.. I own and am currently using enough furniture to furnish an entire standard 1 bedroom unit so living alone or in a basement/duplex/ADU would be ideal. I could be open to selling some things to make a great situation possible. My current lease ends on February th.
