Second bedroom open for rent

Description

I am looking for a roommate to rent out my second bedroom. It will be sublease so you’ll need to apply with the main office. I am clean and mostly keep to myself. I do have a year old dog. He’s a black lab mix. I have baby gates installed so he can be kept on either side of the apartment. He stays in the living room area while I’m at work, but I can work around what works for you and keep him in my bedroom while at work. I have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. The neighbors are quiet and kind. There’s an outdoor patio and a public pool. I currently do not have living or dining room furniture, so if you have your own and want to save on storage money, feel free to bring it along. If not, I will be getting some in a month or so. I have 5 months left on my lease and plan on moving when that is up. There is always ample parking here, it is unassigned and free. I rarely have guests over, and would be respectful of your work schedule if I do have one over, and would always communicate prior to. I want to maintain a clean and safe space for us both
