Room for rent! Move in: April first

Description

My fiancé and I have a townhome with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Main floor includes kitchen, dining room and half bathroom. Basement includes storage room (LOTS of storage space if you need to use it) and a working office that we use. Top floor includes a master suite, laundry room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. We are looking for a roommate who is a working professional and is also respectful and clean. Costs include move-in fee, first and last month’s rent, then it will be a month-to-month agreement where rent and utilities (internet, gas, trash and electricity) are due at the beginning of each month.
