1-room apartment or basement

Hello,

My husband and I are currently looking for a new place to move we are from Ecuador, as we have recently completed a one-year lease in our current apartment. We moved to Canada months ago and have been living in this same apartment since our arrival. Now that our lease has ended, we are looking for a new home.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of West Canada and working part-time, while my husband has a full-time job under contract.

We also have a small 6-year-old dog who is very polite, clean, and does not bark. During our time in Surrey, we have had no issues with our landlord or the community in the building.
