Room with private bathroom

Hey potential roommate! I’m Mark, a -year-old professor of Philosophy and Psychology. I’m laid back and friendly, and I practice Zen to the best of my ability. I get along well with almost anybody. My current hobby is learning Spanish (I’ve currently got hours of comprehensible input under my belt), but I also enjoy reading, walking, conversation, playing ping pong, video games, and plenty of other things. I've had good experiences with roommates that became good friends and also with ones that I hardly ever saw. What kind of roommate are you?

As far as my place goes, I live in a gorgeous townhome that’s just four years old.

The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are lots of walking trails and parks in the area, and all of the neighbors I have met are quiet and friendly.

I finished the basement (which is now my bedroom), making this a -bathroom place. That means every roommate has their own private bathroom (with granite counters, soft-close toilets, bidet, the works).

I have a bedroom + bathroom available at in mid-February. $ covers rent, utilities, super fast wifi, etc.
