Two furnished rooms in Manteca

I currently have two furnished rooms in Manteca available. They are the same size, approximately sq ft. The two rooms are both large with dimensions of , have double closets, large dressers, a nightstand, desk, and their own ROKU TV. One rents for $ and the other rents for $. The cheaper one has not yet has the flooring replaced. One room has a queen-size bed, and the other has a cal king-size bed. There is a large tenant bathroom with a shower over tub. There is ample parking in the side driveway or on the street in front of the house. Full laundry and kitchen privileges. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils if anyone likes to cook. There is a large backyard with a built-in pool with waterfall, covered seating area, table and chairs, and a barbecue.

My home is very peaceful, warm, and welcoming. I am situated in a quiet court, but I am still near shopping, eateries, AMC movies, Bass Pro Shop, and Great Wolf Lodge. Easy freeway access.
