Hi there! I'm renting four rooms. The basement is being finished and will be completed, brand new, by mid-April. Move in could be May 1st. There are two full bathrooms and a stackable laundry closet. Living room and full kitchen with space for all types of items. Behind the house is the Centennial park with the rec center just a 5 minute walk away. Major stores like Target, Wholefoods, Vasa, and fast food, all less than 5 minutes away on West. Each room has enough space for a 5 foot desk, large TV, and queen sized bed with night stands. Ethernet is available too and separate basement entrance. All utilities are included, so it's one flat amount per month.
