1 Room for rent Vineland

Hi I’m renting out a bedrooms in Vineland. iAs I’ve had bad experiences with previous people such as not wanting to pay their rent this time I’m requiring a security deposit proof of income. The room is for ONE person only preferably middle aged and settled however I’ll consider younger people Please don’t think I’m mean but I’ve gotten taken advantage of so this time I have no choice to require a security deposit. I don’t mind casual drinking no drugs smoking permitted outside You can use my fridge cook etc I just ask that you clean up after yourself I have one little teacup Chiuaua but I’m not allowing pets. Myself and one other woman live here and we’re both very quiet and respectful. I have Grandchildren but they don’t visit much. Also your responsible for taking your laundry to a laundromat heat and Electric is included in the rent I also don’t mind visitors and prefer no over night guest I’m a very quiet person however I don’t mind you playing music etc as long as it’s turned down when I go to bed. I hate to sound like a drill sargeant but laying everything out there on this listing if your a quiet preferably mid age person putting you should fit in perfectly If your interested please feel free to message me to come look. The room is not furnished and you will need a smart tv as I don’t have cable just wifi. Room is available immediately Ty for looking.
