Feb 3 Amazing space key location, fully furnished room with a full bath on the second floor of a two floor apartment minutes from Woodbine Beach north I’m a semi retired chef with all the toys in the kitchen full access fridge stove the area is surrounded by Parkland a hour superstore shoppers Across the street three buses at the front door two minute ride to the subway or a minute walk on a nice day clean safe neighborhood. Myself and my two cats and my sister occasionally we have ft.² apartment two floors first and second and the terrace Turns into a incredible garden in the summer looking over the fountain no hidden costs except for parking underground. I’ve been here years. Enjoyed every minute of it looking for a mature non-party person we don’t do drugs. We drink very little a party for us is a dinner party a beautiful spot minutes from downtown.The room will be ready March 3

Big furnished room with bath in a high-rise, but we have the first and second floor a perfect setting surrounded by Parkland, Stan Willow Park and Taylor Creek and we’re minutes from the beach. The room is fully furnished delightful and it’s got a full bath private transit is second to n minute bus ride to the subway or a minute walk on a nice day minutes from downtown but the thing I like it’s a minute bus ride to the beach Woodbine Beach. The Danforth is bustling lots of stores and restaurants. The is near if you drive and the Lakeshore is just as close a perfect setting my sister and I are both retired. I’m a chef and an author. We have two pussycats tiger and Bambi I keep the downstairs spotless. You have full access to all my equipment, grinders and mixers and the fridge in the stove whenever you need it lots of storage space Laundry is one floor down. There’s a hour supermarket across the street. It’s in the city, but it feels like you’re in a small town or out of the country. It’s absolutely beautiful. They like the fireworks off every year at Stan Willow Park that you could watch from either your room or the balcony. The balcony is a full garden in the summer. Your room is looking over the fountain south so you get son about o’clock in the morning till 3 o’clock in the afternoon, it’s an old building. It’s been completely refurbished. It’s a high-rise built in something out of the past concrete walls foot ceilings absolutely beautiful and they allow me to use only the best paint here And we have decorate in nothing but antiques the paintings on the wall or all over years old and their original we’re not party people we have the odd drink we’re not into drugs. What a great space but we do or I do smoke by the patio door under the ceiling fan and I’ve got two of those
