I’m looking for a February sublease while I search for a long-term place, but I’m also open to taking over a sublease for the long term if it’s a good fit. I’m new to NYC, coming from Puerto Rico, and I can easily adapt to any shared living situation. I’m extremely clean, respectful, and easygoing.
