Hello! My name is Alexa, I'm a second-year student at TMU looking for a female student roommate to take over my current roommate's lease once ours is up.

-1 + Den, and 2 full bathrooms (yes you get your own bathroom!)
-located on the 6th floor
-has in-unit laundry, AC and heating, and a dishwasher
-the building has a gym and several recreation rooms you can book
-Wifi and utilities are not included in rent but come to about every month
-5 minute walk from TMU and Dundas Square

Either room is for rent as I don't mind swapping from the one I'm currently in depending on your interest and preferences
-Den is thousand month
-The main bedroom is thousand two-hundred / month

Additional notes about the place
-Whoever takes over the den gets the closet in the hallway for closet space
-Lease is twelve months starting May fifteenth but landlords need to know if we are interested in a release asap
-The only required documents needed by landlords would be confirmation of enrolment at TMU or another post-secondary school in the area

About me
I'm in a graphic design program at TMU and am currently in my second year. I spend a lot of time on campus during the day so the place is empty most of the time. I work part-time downtown as well. I don't usually have friends over, occasionally will. I'm extremely clean and love keeping the place as organized and tidy as possible. I am quiet when I need to be and always respectful of my roommate's space. Completely open to having a roommate looking for a new friend or someone who just needs a place to live for the year :)
