One of my roommates is moving out THIS JULY Twenty Twenty-

The apartment is two stories and your room and the other roommate’s room will be upstairs. No cigarettes inside. Weed is fine but non smoking methods are highly preferred. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage). We have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have a pool and a small gym. Not far from campus. We are directly across from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students, and from the apartment to the CatTran stop is less than a second walk. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus. I am a student.
