Hoping to split a lease

Hi. I’m an LA native working as an analyst from home full time. I’m pretty clean and quiet. In my free time I enjoy relaxing, cooking and baking, spending time in nature and hanging with friends, traveling and trying new things. Trying to save money in this town but also want a safe space to call my own.
I don’t smoke and don’t have any pets. I’m allergic to cats but love dogs. I have a car and some
furniture. Ideally would be with another female of similar age. Looking for somewhere around Pasadena, Monrovia, Highland Park, Eagle Rock area. Open to other areas. Hoping to move end of March
