My favorite part about this property on the exterior of the house is the area the house is located in. Everything from Dollar General, Food Lion, Waffle House, Advanced Auto Zone, and a brand new Starbucks that's walking distance from street.

That and the area of Chesapeake is graded a (B-) for overall crime rate grading vs Norfolk, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth with is graded at a (D) or lower for overall crime rate grading (ref:

The property includes 3
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full open concept kitchen, dinning room, living room, and private laundry room. Feel free to settle in wherever in the house except my bedroom and bathroom as those areas are not to be entered. Everything else is fair game. Thank you for your understanding.


If you want to have guests over whenever, the maximum is 2 people. If you wish to have a party or get together at the house, please just give me a couple of days in advance along with some cocktails at the party. 🎊 🎉🎊
