Looking for Lgbtq safe space.

Hi! I'm a FTM looking for a room due to living situations here in Seattle and looking for a safe lgbtq room that I can currently afford while I get myself together again. I currently been accepted at Boeing so my paychecks will be small at first. I want to come back home to a place where I'm accepted and have my own room to be left alone in unless your friendly. I do not live with children or hostile people. I like ground rules and boundaries in hopes to have a decent environment and possibly make friends. I'm extremely clean and quiet person. On my days off I'll be gaming quietly in my room. I barely leave my room but I do love communication on anything that needs to be done since I will be a guest in your home.
