Room available in Dallas Home

Current roommate has moved
and we are looking at someone or a couple to fill their spot! We currently have an unoccupied bedroom in the lower portion of the house that has its own private bathroom. We have plenty of parking and a washer and dryer in house plus a shared kitchen/living area. We currently have cats and a German Shepherd. They are all very friendly and warm up to new people super quick. The utilities end up being around dollars per person per month, charged on the th monthly with rent due promptly on the 1st. We are open to face time tours or physical tours depending on schedules. We are a married couple who live quietly but don’t mind a little life in the house. No current plans to have children so that will not be a factor. Our home is an LGBTQ+ inclusive space and we would love a roommate that shares those ideals.
