Room in luxury condo - Altamonte

Description

Looking for someone to replace me on the lease of this room with a shared bathroom (currently nobody using the shared bathroom). Located at Cortland lake lotus (Altamonte Springs), it's a bath, with only one roommate currently living there. The roommate currently there is super clean and has two awesome frenchies.

Reason I'm moving out: my fiancée is moving in with me so we got a house.

Lease lenght: until September of this year.

Rent cost already has all utilities included and might vary slightly up or down depending on the electric bill (which is included as well)

Application: $ fee, they run a background checkin within hours and you'll need to provide proof of income. If you apply until the tenth I'll cover your application fee!
