A musician lives downstairs and rehearsals are held in the living room about once or twice a week. Super good and respectful bandmates. We are done around pm. Salsa, fusion and an acoustic swing band. There are three more rooms upstairs. One is occupied by a PhD student and a chef. Both keep very busy. The student shares the bathroom downstairs and you would share with the chef upstairs. All women.

Monthly expenses are KUB (Aprox. $) + Wifi $ + mowing $.
