Cozy furnish room in big house

Room in a 5 Bedroom home.The house is beautiful the room is furnished. Queen bed, new mattress. Tv with cable in the room. We can get a small refrigerator if is need it. The bathroom is outside but you can walk next door. The neighborhood has a pool that can be use. Our pool is heated just couple months of the year. Plenty of place for hiking around. 2 extra parkings, Space in the garage for bicycles or workout. Wiffi included. Very safe neighborhood and quiet. min from UTC, 5 min from manatee lake. 5 min from costo, soon will be a whole foods. Is 3 people in the house my year old boy, my mother in the first floor and I in the master bedroom. Is common areas like kitchen (all that you need) 2 living rooms, outside porch with sits. Room to storage extra things if you need in the attic! We rather someone responsable, no smoker, who can keep all areas clean. Rather no overnight guest. Maybe temporarily or long time rent.
