Looking for professional Roommate

Description

My house has a top of the line home theater system. LG smart TV and klipsh surround sound system. My kitchen has all modern appliances. I have a smart LG washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms are locked with biometric (thumbprint) lock that only you and I (the landlord) have access to. You will be living in a house of 3 people in total. House is very spacious ( sq ft) with a large outdoor yard. House is protected by Guardian Alarm system and surveillance. Surveillance has facial recognition.

I am looking for a clean and respectful professional to be my roommate. A criminal background check will be conducted and I will require paystubs for the last 3 months. I will also need proof of employment for the last year. I will also be conducting an interview to ensure you are a good fit for our house.
