This is a 3 bedroom townhouse, new construction in Trailside Residence, property is on Wasco Dr in Whitestown. I am looking to rent out bedrooms. These would have their own bathroom separate from the master. Both bedrooms have good size walk-in closets. Ideally would be looking a male professional in the area as renter. I am usually only at this location during the work week, so renter would generally have weekends to themselves.

Includes access to kitchen, living room, wifi internet, upstairs washer/dryer, fob to indoor gym, outdoor pool. Driveway parking. Some garage space for storage. No pets, no smoking, cleanliness is a must.
