Lots of room on the property, gorgeous ceiling, and tons of charm. All common areas are furnished with new furniture (sectional, tv, dining table, outdoor chill space, etc.) The available room is not furnished and is ’. Shared bath. W/D in house. Lots of parking. I love my house and my neighborhood so much. I pay significantly more for the master and I’ll consider covering all utilities! I have cats. I WFH two days a week. I’m generally quiet when I’m home and watch TV or read. I do lots of yoga! Patio is furnished as well. If you have any questions please let me know! Open to younger roommates but may be rough introducing additional pets
