I am a trans woman and tech journalist looking to fill the main bedroom in my apartment that spans the entire 2nd floor of a three-floor building. I have a 1-year-old cat named Kraydor the Wizard Boy - very sweet, very silly. There is a large living room that is already furnished. Due to my job, I get the latest tech from companies to review, which we then keep - for instance, an advanced robot vac/mop covers floor cleaning, there is a bidet in the main bathroom, several security devices, and I regularly get e-bikes, e-scooters, and plenty more, which will either be sold after testing or kept to incorporate into home life. I do work from home, often working hours a day M-F, with odd hours during seasonal events throughout the year. I also usually spend Saturdays at my computer for weekly DnD sessions online.

You: MUST be cat friendly and queer/trans-friendly (would prefer another queer) - if you have prejudices of any kind or size, kindly pass and move on - there shall be no hate in this home of any kind (I don't tolerate that ). You're more than welcome to have friends over and the like, let's just be on the same page that constant weekday parties are not my scene - again, I am , have been in NYC for most of my life and work round the clock, so I would prefer someone who also enjoys a tranquil home life. That's not to say people can't regularly stop by, just to be clear. No Republicans.
