Hi! We are looking for a roommate to join our house as soon as possible, but ideally from May . The house is a duplex ( in our unit) and our unit consists of the main floor and basement. The open room is in the basement. There is a kitchen and bathroom on each floor, and coin operated laundry shared with the upstairs unit. Rent is $/month and utilities average around $/month, but vary. Our house has a variety of personalities… we are all very studious, and some of us are more homebodies while some are more social! We are very communicative about noise and cleanliness.
