Building has a new gym, pool (currently being repaired), hot tub, BBQ area, hour concierge. Walk to all! 1 month security + 1st months rent. All utilities included. No smoking please. Building requires background check ($ payable to bldg management) and $ rep’s. Furnished or unfurnished available. I own the condo and I have 3 small friendly dogs. Month to month but 6 month minimum preferred
