Looking for a single young professional to occupy one room. No Couples.
You will share a 2 sink bathroom. We have 2 dogs (no more pets please) the house has a large kitchen, 2 living rooms,pool, hot tub, bonfire pit, traeger, outdoor projector for movies. Along with other amneties. Fully furnished. Utilities will be split 4 ways. We will share responsibility for chores and shared necessities. We are one female twenty- males early s. We’re generally casual and like to have kickbacks on weekends.
