Hi, my name is John. I live in and manage a beautiful house in Brighton, very conveniently located between Commonwealth avenue, and Beacon st. It has easy access to public transportation, as well as many good dining options and beautiful outdoor spaces around Brookline and Chestnut hill.

This is the largest room in the house, with incredible south facing lighting. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on March 1st.
It includes ALL utilities and a cleaner who comes every two weeks.
It's month-to-month so you can move out whenever you want.
The room includes a mattress, bedframe, large bureau, a large sofa, an end table, and a coffee table (also can remove any of these items if desired)

We try to keep all common spaces clean and free of clutter.
We take our shoes off an the entry (good idea to buy indoor slippers)
Try to be respectful of shared resources and shared spaces.

I want someone who is communicative, somewhat social, and clean. Someone professional but also easy going. We try to communicate openly and express ourselves when something is not how we think it should be.
Also we are kind of bohemian and 'artsy,' so people who are into that are preferred.

There are 6 rooms in the house. 4 are occupied at the moment, but one person only uses it about 3 months out of the year, so it's more like 3 people at the moment.

A woman just moved out, so right now it is all men. I think a mix of genders is preferred, but happy with anyone.

There are two shared bathrooms. One on the first floor one the second.
There's free laundry in the basement.
There is a driveway with three parking spots in it to be shared between the people who live here. Street parking is also available.
There's a 9foot pool table in the garage (cold during the winter though).
There's a large slopping backyard and a back deck that overlooks the yard.
There's also a porch, dining room, and living room with a large television.
