Clean/quiet Room for Rent!

Hi! I'm working to rent out BRs starting the first or second week of March. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, about min from the beach, min from downtown. I got a pretty big fenced in backyard, and I plan to get some baby chicks soon lol. I'm and love being active and playing sports but open to rooming with anyone who's clean and respectful of the space!
