Looking for a third roomate (male)

Description

My roommate and I just had someone move out. The cost for rent is $ each, and that includes utilities. We are directly next to tennis courts and close to a skate park and Jefferson Barracks park, which has a mile loop and connects to the river trail. My roomate and I are introverted and don't bother eachother much. There's a study/workout room and a large living room and kitchen that we share. There's also 2 bathrooms in the house. It has all fairly new appliances and a new Samsung washer and drier. There's also a good amount of storage space in the basement. The landlord's name is Katrhyn Jewel, she'll have you sign the lease and give you all the details. Right now we are on a monthly lease agreement.
