Rent is only $ a month ($ conservation fee), and includes utilities, parking and internet. There is a convenient shuttle to Centennial and Main Campus that picks up right outside the building. There are three female roommates, one with a cat who is very friendly and stay in her owner’s room.

The apartment is fully furnished with furniture and flooring that is less than a year old. Modern kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer in the apartment are brand new. The apartment is on the third floor with cathedral ceilings in a large living / dining area. The apartment building is clean and very quiet, in a beautiful, wooded setting.
