Room available on 2nd floor with private bathroom and closet. House contains laundry, 2 living rooms and fenced yards. Also has driveway and pool access with the HoA. Rent is with all utilities included. Pets are allowed but please discuss with me before hand. There is MANDATORY screening which includes employment history and soft credit check. Thanks

House notes-
-Gated community with pool access
-Rent is hundred a month with full utilities covered. Will also require first months deposit additional as rent
- 2 roommates currently live here (male). One occupies second floor, and one occupies first floor. You will be sharing the first floor bathroom and living space with first floor tenant
- Room is outlined in first 2 pictures of ad, it is the same size as all the other rooms in the house

- It doesn't have a attached closet but I will be providing you private/dedicated closet space in the living room
- Access to house amenities - washer, dryer, full dine-in kitchen, pool table and ping pong.
- Full yard access with fence
- Pets are ok but please advise me in advance (maximum 1 pet unless discussed)
- Guests are ok but please let me know in advance when you bring them over...
- Additional people renting will raise rent to instead (to cover additional usage of utilities from an extra person in the house..)
