Located in the Cottage Grove area, next to the Heights. Walking distance from the White Oak Trail and bike path, a 5-minute drive to M-K-T for shopping and dining, and just minutes from Memorial Park.

Looking for young professionals who want a mix of privacy and community. My goal is to create a harmonious and friendly living space, where we can spend time together, have shared meals, and enjoy each others' company.

Must be LGBTQ+ friendly, clean up after yourself in the common areas. Must be ok with a friendly, medium-sized dog, a friendly cat. Smoking only in the balcony or terrace, not in the house. No guns in the house.
