I have a large furnished bedroom for rent with all utilities included (electricity, water, internet, trash, and home cleaning service).

The home is conveniently located in West Ashley (near Bees Ferry and Ashley River Rd) close to shopping, restaurants, & less than miles to Downtown Charleston.

• You will have access to the house, including a fully equipped & furnished kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, a relaxing porch, and parking space.

• The room is already furnished and available for immediate move-in. Minimum 3-month agreement.

• The bathroom is shared with two other housemates.

• Only one person per room, and no smoking, no drugs, no animals, and no parties are allowed out of respect to others in the home.

Applicants are required to have a clean background, no prior evictions, must provide proof of employment & minimum income requirement.
