*Located in Fitchburg in a nice area. The private homes behind the apartment are $ f i v e-hundred k+ homes and there are nice condos on one side and another nice apartment complex on the other side. Across the street is a business park which makes for great walking and bicycle paths.
*Room is unfurnished and you have your own bathroom with full tub.
*Apartment has central air, a parking spot for your car, vaulted ceilings in the common areas, dishwasher, balcony. *This is a 2nd floor unit so no noisy neighbors above.
*Multiple grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. located within a t e n minute drive and roughly fif teen minutes to downtown Madison.
*Near a busline - the nearby bus stop is less than a mile away.

You:
*Male or female - doesn’t matter as I have had both as roommates. Preference given to those that are in the twenty f i v e to s i x t y range and to someone with prior experience with having roommates. *Pays rent/utilities on time and keeps common areas clean.
*Only one roommate (visitors here and there are ok - like once a week tops) so no couples.
*No more pets allowed here.
*Employed full-time.

Terms:
*Monthly rent is s e v e n h u n d r e d f i f t y plus utilities.
*WiFi would run $ thirty-f i v e/month if you want to split the existing service. Gas and electric varies but should average $ forty to fifty/month on average.
*No further pets are allowed as there is a dog and a cat here already (both friendly).
*Credit score minimum of hundred thirty and no prior evictions to apply with Madison Property.
*Lease term runs until but shorter-term leases will be considered.
